Prices may include VAT, depending on the country you live. Please register or login in order to see prices reserved to your account. Prices do not include carriage and shipping. Duties and custom fees are not included as well.

Warranty

All new and ex demo items carry full manufacturers warranty supported by FJ in house service unless otherwise stated.
Service and repair work carries a three month warranty on the repair only All used outboard, microphones, amplifiers, and monitors are fully serviced prior to sales and carry three months FJ warranty unless otherwise stated with the exception of microphone capsules, tubes and loudspeaker drivers unless otherwise stated. Funky Junk Limited reserve the right to offer a refund in the event that repairs are not economical.
Warranties on used goods are not transferable by the purchaser. In the event of damage by the purchaser or unauthorised attempt to modify or repair units, all warranties are void. Funky Junk Limited is not responsible for damage to equipment during shipment. Before signing for any delivery, examine all items for signs of damage. If any damage is found, make certain the delivering agent notes the damage on the release form before signing. If goods have been damaged, please notify and make a claim immediately with the shipping courier. (Notify us once your claim has been processed and we will help expedite matters in any way possible. Always save the original carton in which products have been shipped. All multitrack machines and consoles are sold 'as seen' with no warranty given unless otherwise stated. It is our policy to service consoles and recorders prior to sale but no warranty is given or implied unless otherwise stated. Buyers are strongly advised to inspect the goods personally or commission an independent technical report prior to purchase. In the event of faults within the warranty period, the buyer must notify us immediately giving details of the fault and obtain a return authorisation prior to returning the goods. Our warranty is restricted to parts and labour and does not include shipping costs or any travel costs that we might incur. Exchange goods or loan items during the duration of repair will only be supplied at the discretion of Funky Junk Limited. No liability will be accepted by Funky Junk Limited for the non-performance or breakdown of any equipment.

Return Policy

Items have a 10 day return period.
No refunds on any items that have been tampered or without original carton and manuals. Return freight costs paid by customer.Prior authorization required.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to all purchases.

Servicing and Repairs

Our technical staff thanks to a twenty-year experience is able to work on the greater part of the existing equipment, either in our labs than at customer's studios. We are specialized in the attendance of analogic Consoles, analogic recorders and Outboard generally including microphones and we also provide on request installations or custom modifications.

Terms of servicing

We can supply worldwide warranty repairs only for items sold directly by Funky Junk Italy srl rather than our resellers and Funky Junk Points, so you must provide us copy of sales invoice and item's serial number prior to ship. In the event of unauthorised attemp to modify or repair units, or even if item seals unbroken, all warranties are void.Our repairs are restricted to parts and labour and does not include shipping, custom fees or any other cost that we might incur, even on warranty terms.
Repairs servicing for out of warranty products will be charged on the basis of 60,00� per hour.

Privacy Statement

The customer guarantees the authenticity of the data supplied in the phase of recording and the truthness of such data is assumed. In order to avoid abuses, Funky Junk Italy srl will store the data of the customer and the record date.
